Including large-scale photovoltaic power station intelligent flexible control technology and devices, calcite solar cell scale application technology, new energy photovoltaic gas film application technology, distributedphotovoltaic (e.g. cell)DC access to electrolytic aluminum Flexible DC microgrid power supply technology, etc.

Circular on the Issuance of the Catalogue of Key Low-Carbon Technologies to be Promoted by the State (Fifth Batch)

Provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, ecological environment departments (bureaus), departments in charge of industry and information technology, housing and urban-rural construction departments (bureaus, commissions), transportation departments (bureaus, commissions), agricultural and rural affairs departments (bureaus, commissions), the relevant direct units of the Ministries of Ecology and Environmental Protection, Industry and Information Technology, Housing and Urban-Rural Development, Transportation and Agricultural and Rural Affairs, and the relevant industry organizations, enterprises and research units:

In order to implement the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress and the 2nd and 3rd Plenary Sessions of the 20th CPC Central Committee, strongly support the promotion of low-carbon technology innovation and cultivate and develop new productivity, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment (MOE), together with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (MOHURD), the Ministry of Transportation (MOT) and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MAURD), in accordance with the relevant requirements of the "Implementation Plan for the Collection and Promotion of National Key Low-Carbon Technologies", have carried out the screening work of the collection and selection of low carbon technologies, and have compiled and formed the "National Key The Catalogue of National Key Low-Carbon Technologies to be Promoted (the Fifth Batch), which includes 103 low-carbon technologies in 5 key directions, is hereby issued to you, so please take into account the actual situation and increase the promotion and application of low-carbon technologies.
